If you want your order sent by "U.S. Priority Mail" (about 3 days), the rate is $5.00 plus 75¢ for each book in your order.3. Choose your method of payment.If you are thrify and patient, have your order sent by
"Media Mail" (this 4th class book rate takes about 7 to 14 days), which is $2.50 plus 75 ¢ for each book in your order. But it is 4th Class Mail, and gets treated that way by the post office. The good news - rarely have we seen an order lost - when shipped with the US Postal Service. Delivery Confirmation are used on all our U.S. orders, so if you have questions about an order, once shipped, we can give you the tracking number.For our non-U.S. customers please see the Shipping Rates page for the exact costs for your orders.
For phone orders, we accept Visa or Mastercard. Sorry, no CODs.4. The shipping address.
Please have your credit card (and the card holder's name and address) ready when you call.
If the "ship to" address is in California, sales tax is 8.75% of the book order.

Remember to print out the Mail Order Form and use it as a guide when you leave your information. Be sure to include a phone number, just in case we have a problem processing your order.
